A Penn Yan woman has been arrested on two warrants issued out of village court.
59-year-old Lisa Bates turned herself into the police after having been contacted by authorities advising her of her warrants. Bates is accused of violating her probation.
After being processed, Bates was brought to Yates County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
