A Penn Yan woman was arrested over the weekend at the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office on a Superior Court Bench Warrant out of Yates County.
28-year-old Elizabeth Henderson was wanted for failure to appear.
Henderson was transported to the Yates County Jail to await additional court action.
