Penn Yan Police arrested a 29-year-old Penn Yan woman Thursday on an arrest warrant and three bench warrants issued out of the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Miranda Elwell was spotted by police on Liberty Street in the village and was taken into custody without incident.
Elwell was turned over to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office
