A Penn Yan woman was arrested on a petit larceny charge after an investigation of a larceny complaint from a local business.
On the evening of August 7th, Samantha Sprague stole a can of White Claw from the business and left without paying. She did turn herself in after being contacted by police.
Sprague was released on an appearance ticket to return to Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
