A Penn Yan woman was arrested at the Tioga County Jail Friday on an active arrest warrant issued out of Starkey Town Court.
The arrest of Angela Vazquez stems from an incident that happened last August when she allegedly stole money from a Dundee village resident.
Vazquez was charged with petit larceny and was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment.
