A Penn Yan woman was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
Heather Mickelsen was spotted by police operating a car while its New York State inspection was expired. A check of her license revealed it to be suspended for her alleged failure to answer a summons.
Mickelsen was issued uniform traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation and uninspected motor vehicle and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
