A traffic stop on South Avenue in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 23-year-old resident.
A registration check of the car Keasha Young was driving revealed her license was suspended after she allegedly failed to answer a summons out of Canandaigua Town Court on July 5th.
Young was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
