Penn Yan Woman Accused of Driving on a Suspended License

A Penn Yan woman was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the village.

Kayla Johnson-Napravav was stopped by officers after police observed the vehicle she was driving failed to stop at a stop sign on Lake Street. A check of Johnson-Napravav’s license revealed it had been suspended on March 22nd for insurance not in effect and on February 16th for failure to pay driver responsibility assessment.

Johnson-Napravav was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign.
