Penn Yan Sex Offender Accused of Failing to Register Address Change

Police say a Penn Yan sex offender had been living at a new residence in the Yates County village for approximately eight months without reporting his change of address to authorities.

As a Level One sex offender, Michael Hullings, Junior, is required to report any change of address to police within 10 days in accordance with State law. Hullings now lives at 112 Stark Avenue in the village.

Hullings was charged with felony failure to register and released on an appearance ticket.
