Penn Yan Police ticketed a Geneva man following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
Davonte Johnson was observed driving on East Main Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State registration. A traffic stop was initiated and Johnson was ticketed for operating while registration was suspended.
Johnson will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
