A Penn Yan man was ticketed for apparently violating the village noise ordinance by setting off fireworks.
Alex Breeds lit the fireworks on July 5th, according to Penn Yan Police, and was ticketed for creating excessive noise.
The Lincoln Avenue resident was issued an appearance ticket.
