Penn Yan Police ticketed a Penn Yan man following a traffic stop in the village on Sunday.
Jason Stephens was observed driving on Brown Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State registration. A traffic stop was initiated and Stephens was cited for the offense.
Stephens was issued a ticket for operating while registration is suspended and revoked and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
