A Penn Yan man will appear in village court following a traffic stop in the village on Thursday.
Garrett Wawrzyk was observed by police to be driving a car on Elm Street while allegedly having a suspended registration and an expired New York State inspection sticker.
Wawrzyk was ticketed for operating while registration was suspended and having an uninspected motor vehicle.
