A Penn Yan man was ticketed by police after a traffic stop in the Yates County Village.
Eric Maustellar was spotted driving on Main Street while allegedly having a revoked New York State driver’s license. A traffic stop was initiated and Maustellar was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a car without an interlock device.
The 31-year-old Maustellar was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
