A Penn Yan man was charged with drunken driving following an accident in the town of Milo Saturday night.
22-year-old Malik Moore was involved in an accident on Lakemont Himrod Road around 6:30 p.m. During a roadside investigation, deputy sheriffs say they detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath.
Malik was taken into custody and brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court.
