A Penn Yan man was arrested Wednesday at the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
35-year-old Shayne Winters was arrested on an active bench warrant out of Yates County Superior Court.
Following his arrest, Winters was brought to the Yates County Jail and was held for arraignment.
