A Penn Yan man was taken into custody by Penn Yan Police following the execution of an arrest warrant issued out of the City of Corning.
Police report that Robert Wood was arrested on the outstanding warrant and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail, where he is being held while awaiting CAP Court proceedings.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
