Penn Yan Man Arrested on Harassment, Child Endangerment Charges

Penn Yan Police arrested Emmanuel Dykeman, 28, of Penn Yan, following a physical domestic complaint in the Village.

Dykeman was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Harassment in the Second Degree. A police investigation revealed that Dykeman allegedly subjected another individual to unwanted physical contact while in the presence of children.

Dykeman was taken into custody and transported to the Penn Yan Police Department for arrest processing. He was later turned over to the Yates County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment.
