A Penn Yan man was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a police response to a reported civil issue in the Yates County village.
It was reported to police that Kristoffer Johnson had verbally accosted another village resident and allegedly threatened physical contact.
Johnson was issued a criminal summons for harassment and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
