The investigation into a physical altercation at an establishment in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man.
46-year-old Jay Wright is accused of making unwanted physical contact with another person at the unidentified establishment.
Wright was charged with harassment and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
