Penn Yan Man Arrested on Harassment Charge

A Penn Yan man was arrested Monday night on a summons issued out of Milo Town Court.

29-year-old Christopher Conley is accused of subjecting another person to physical contact on August 4th in the town of Milo.

Conley was charged with harassment and was issued an appearance ticket.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
