A Penn Yan man has been charged with disorderly conduct following the investigation into an incident on Lake Street.
Collin Lackey is alleged to have been yelling at another person while in a local business, causing a public disturbance or an alarm.
The 27-year-old Lackey was issued an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
