A Penn Yan man was arrested by Penn Yan Police on a criminal mischief charge.
Christopher Drake is accused of intentionally breaking the window out of a shed.
Drake was charged with criminal mischief and released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
