A domestic disturbance on Hoyt Road in Penn Yan Tuesday resulted in the arrest of a 45-year-old Penn Yan man.
An investigation determined Shawn Radka had allegedly threatened bodily harm and damaged property belonging to the victim.
Following his arrest on harassment and criminal mischief charges, Radka was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
