A Yates County man, who allegedly threatened two other people over the weekend, was arrested.
48-year-old John Knapp was charged with two counts of menacing after he allegedly threatened two Town of Torrey residents with a knife during a domestic dispute.
The Penn Yan man was being held for arraignment at Yates County CAP Court.
