Police arrested a Penn Yan man after he allegedly subjected another person to unwanted physical contact.
It is also alleged that Christopher Cooke threatened the same person with a hammer. Cooke was charged with menacing and harassment.
Following his arrest, Cooke was issued an appearance ticket to appear at the Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
