A Penn Yan man has been arrested for allegedly stealing money from a home in the village.
In addition to petit larceny, 41-year-old Kevin Roussell was charged with falsely reporting an incident after he allegedly reported false information to police in an attempt to cover up his crime.
Roussell was released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
