A Penn Yan man has been charged with petit larceny following a theft complaint at a village business.
It is alleged that on December 12th, Michael Hand, Junior, entered the business and stole several items. Police were able to identify Hand as the suspect and made contact with him a week land. According to Penn Yan Police, Hand admitted that he did not pay for the times. Hand was taken into custody and transported to the police department for processing.
Hand was issued an appearance ticket and released to return to Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
