An investigation into an incident that happened on March 6th in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 24-year-old Penn Yan man.
Tyler Hurlbert was charged Thursday with harassment after he allegedly headbutted another person in the mouth.
Hurlbert was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
