A 39-year-old Penn Yan man was arrested following a traffic stop by Penn Yan Police on Saturday.
Jason Stephens is accused of driving with a license that was suspended for failure to pay child support.
Stephens was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and issued an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
