A Penn Yan man was ticketed by police following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
Jonathan Martin was observed driving on Liberty Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license. A traffic stop was initiated and Martin was cited for the offense.
Martin will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
