A traffic stop on South Avenue in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man.
According to Penn Yan Police, Jason Deacon was stopped for a traffic infraction. A check of his license revealed it had been revoked for a DWI conviction.
Deacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ordered to appear in Penn Yan Court at a later date.
