A physical domestic that occurred in the village of Penn Yan has resulted in the arrest of a 27-year-old Penn Yan man.
According to Penn Yan Police, Nicholas Sebring allegedly choked his victim as well as prevented the victim from leaving the residence all while in the presence of three children.
Sebring was taken into custody and transported to the Penn Yan Police Department for processing before being taken to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
