Penn Yan Duo Accused of Burglary, Grand Larceny

A pair of Penn Yan residents are charged with burglary and grand larceny following a burglary complaint in the village.

With the help of several business and residential surveillance systems, Zachary Waite and Mae Rhoads are accused of breaking into a building and stealing property valued at over $1,000. Waite and Rhoads were also charged with criminal mischief and conspiracy.

They will also all four charges in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
