A dog owner in Penn Yan was ticketed by police after officers received a call regarding multiple dogs running in the road and on people’s property.
Three of Patricia Smith’s dogs were found running at large.
Smith was issued an appearance ticket for the village ordinance violation of dog at large and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
