A Penn Yan man was arrested Thursday on a warrant issued out of Penn Yan Village Court.
48-year-old Andrew Henshaw is accused of violating his terms of probation. He was taken into custody on Liberty Street.
Following his arrest, Henshaw was brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment
