A warrant investigation conducted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the Thursday morning arrest of a 34-year-old Penfield man.
Evan Crittenden was allegedly found to be in possession of a stolen ATV in the town of Huron.
Crittenden was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and was being held until his next court date at the Town of Huron Court.
