A Penfield man has been arrested for allegedly headbutting a 13-year-old child at a City of Canandaigua business.
According to Canandaigua Police, Juan Quinones also allegedly shoved the 13-year-old and left the Lakeshore Drive business before police arrived. Quinones was taken into custody at his home by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Quinones was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and released to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
