A Palmyra woman was arrested Wednesday by Newark Police after she was taken into custody by Palmyra Police on a warrant.
Jezmariah LaGrand was wanted on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
The 24-year-old was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
