A Palmyra man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of aggravated DWI-BAC over 0.18%.
The arrest of Charles Hill stems from an incident where it is alleged he was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the town of Fayette where he fled from the scene in a second car. That vehicle was stopped by Seneca Falls Police a short time later and Hill was taken into custody.
Hill was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Fayette Town Court to answer the charges
