Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports that on 06/19/2024 Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Charles D. Hill age 34, of Palmyra, NY, for Aggravated DWI- BAC over 0.18%.
The arrest stems from an incident where it is alleged that Hill was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Fayette where he fled the scene in a second vehicle. The vehicle was stopped by Seneca Falls Police Department a short time later and Hill was taken into custody.
Hill was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear before Fayette Town Court on 07/09/2024 to answer the charges.
