A Palmyra man was arrested Thursday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a bad check written in January.
28-year-old Bryn Kwiatkowski is accused of writing a check for more than $2,000 that did not clear. Kwiatkowski was given a letter of protest and never responded.
Kwiatkowski was charged with issuing a bad check and released on an appearance ticket for Arcadia Town Court.
