A Palmyra man was arrested early Tuesday morning by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following a domestic dispute investigation.
30-year-old Anthony Leach is accused of throwing items and pushing the victim to the ground during the dispute. He is also accused of violating a full stay-away order of protection that was issued out of Palmyra Court for the victim.
Leach was charged with harassment and criminal contempt and was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
