A Wayne County man has been arrested on criminal possession of a controlled substance charges.
31-year-old Ronnie Britt, Juniorm of Palmyra, is accused of possessing Oxycodone pills, a scheduled two controlled substance, while he was being arrested on another charge.
Britt, Junior, was released on an appearance ticket for Palmyra Town Court.
