A Palmyra man was arrested Thursday morning following a traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan.
35-year-old Adam Rodriguez was found to be driving on Brown Street in the village while having a suspended New York and Massachusetts driver’s license.
Rodriguez was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
