A disturbance in the town of Arcadia early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Lyons man.

It is alleged that 18-year-old Dominic Card shot a paintball gun at a home and a car, striking both.

Card was charged with criminal tampering and brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for further processing before being released with appearance tickets.

Card will appear in Arcadia Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
