An Ovid woman faces attempted assault charges following an incident at an apartment building in the town of Ovid.
52-year-old Lucy Puryear was also charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and harassment.
Puryear was transported to the Seneca County Jail where she was processed and held for arraignment before the Seneca County CAP Court.
