Ovid Man Charged With Reckless Endangerment, Menacing

An Ovid man is facing a number of charges in Ovid Town Court after police say he drove a car at another person during a domestic incident while in the company of a young child.

There were no injuries as a result of the Friday night incident. Police did charge 36-year-old Mark Plate with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment, and menacing.

Plate was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and was being held for arraignment.
