A property damage accident in Seneca County resulted in the arrest of a 78-year-old Ovid man.
Douglas Sickler was charged with driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .08% and aggravated unlicensed operation along with several traffic violations.
Following his arrest, Sickler was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Ovid Town Court.
