An investigation into a domestic incident Tuesday night in the town of Ontario resulted in the arrest of a 25-year-old Ontario man.
Terry Allen was charged with criminal mischief.
After being transported to the Wayne County Jail, Allen was released on an appearance ticket for Ontario Town Court at a later date.
